The first step: Inquiry

Please send parts diagram , mold and other information required to notify the Division I the following quote part:

(2) Upload your image file to our FTP, and E-mail messages or phone to inform us .

 

Step two: Quotes

And customers in specific discussions on the requirements of customers with a comprehensive understanding , we will quote according to the customer 's project . In general, one to five sets of molds , we can offer three working days to complete ; against more complex, or more molds offer, time is relatively longer. However, we will inform customers in advance about the time required for purchase .

 

The third step: the customer's purchasing decisions

We will provide customers with direct, clear , complete, understandable quotes , including all relevant provisions. Then, the client can be used with our engineers to quote discussion , ZZY engineers will try to answer all questions customers may have , including die life , quality levels , use of materials and other issues. Our offer valid for 30 days and will provide customers make purchasing decisions all the necessary information .

 

Step Four: Mold Design

After receipt of customer orders , ZZY engineers will begin program design, program after assessments , mold design engineers will work under the program . In general, the less complex mold takes about 7-10 days. In the mold design process, we will provide customers with Gantt Chart, to allow customers to understand the design and production process all the critical stages . Design is complete, our engineers will inspect and approve . Customers can also check and modify the design . Written consent by the customer , we began the process of mold manufacturing .

 

Step Five: mold manufacturing

General difficulty of the mold manufacturing needs 4-6 weeks . Or more sets of complex mold manufacturing will take longer. During the manufacturing process , we provide to our customers every week CMK / CPK and other reports to help customers clearly understand the specific mold manufacturing progress . Of course , ZZY with rapid tooling capability , if you are satisfied that the period of the mold with special needs, we can always adjust production plans to meet your urgent needs of the mold

 

Step Six: tryout

All tooling is complete, we will carry out test mode, the test mode process , ZZY engineers will try to imitate the official use of the mold when various conditions . Tryout qualified products will be checked by air to customers . Of course, if the customer tryout procedures have special requirements , we will actively cooperate . Our molding system is very familiar with members of the SPC . Tryout products obtained written permission from the customer , we will be ready to ship dies

 

Seventh step: delivery of mold

According to customer requirements , we can mold by air or sea . We have a great experience in the mold transport , to know what should be the problem in order to ensure that the mold is not damaged during transport and rust. Apart from mold , customers will receive a final 2D and / or 3D files , final drawings , test mode report the results , test mode and test mode when the product parameters used reports. All of the above information will be recorded on a disc, along with copper company shipped together to the customer in order to mold maintenance and modification services use.

 

Step eight: Service

    ZZY staff will arrive in the mold after the contact with customers to ensure that there is no problem . If the mold problem , we will provide replacement parts and copper company , and send engineers to the customer to solve the problem . In the long-term cooperation with customers to prove , ZZY mode of operation and management will ensure that customers receive satisfactory mold .
